Caregiving is emotionally and physically taxing, yet caregivers are among the lowest-paid workers in the nation. Families seeking caregivers to assist their precious elders and children often find they have little say in the consistency of care or the pay and policies that impact the workers they depend on. Join us to explore creative ways real people are using the cooperative model to create fair, just, stable jobs in the essential caregiving industry.
