Cricket continues to expand its footprint in Austin. The first ever youth cricket tournament for players across the country is being organized during the Spring break.
Austin Spring Championship (ASC) first started in 2023 by conducting week-long competitive games with players from across Texas during the Spring break at schools.
This year the tournament is being organized at a higher scale with more fields and teams.
Professional umpires, live scoring and streaming will be the key features of this event.
The organizers – WCI Academy and Cricket for All – have received confirmation from teams in other cities like Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio.
As many as four different cricket fields are being prepared for these competitive games.
