Join us in making a lasting impact this year! Asha Austin, the local chapter of Asha for Education, is dedicated to driving socio-economic change by providing underprivileged children with access to education. Our chapter is 100% volunteer-driven, consisting of passionate individuals from Austin working to improve lives through education in India.
We support nine impactful projects, including organizations like Sankalp Ek Prayas Society, Bhilai - Garima, which focuses on community-led education in rural areas, and Anwesha, which supports children with disabilities.
Additionally, we are proud to support a fellowship called Siddamma empowering over 25,000 tribal individuals in India. None of this would be possible without your generous support.
This year, Asha Austin is participating in Amplify Austin Day, a 24-hour online fundraising event from 6 p.m. CT on March 5th to 6 p.m. CT on March 6th, 2025. Amplify Austin is one of Central Texas’ largest single-day fundraising campaigns, providing an opportunity to contribute to meaningful causes. With corporate matching, your donations will have double the impact.
